  9.                 NRL Software Co. Commissioners Contract

  11. Commissioners :  NRL Software Co. will pay you 40% of all sales you generate, but to
  12. be eligible you have to first read the contract and fill out this form. Revenue drawn
  13. from non US banks will yield 40% profits not sales. This is so that we can cover the
  14. cost of conversion of those currencies.

  16. After you fill this form out we'll e-mail you your ID name along with a shareware copy
  17. bearing your ID on it. When ever somebody registers a copy the order will be sent to us
  18. bearing your ID on the order form. Every month on the 15'th we'll send you a check worth
  19. 40% of all of the sales bearing your ID drawn from US banks and 40% of all profits drawn
  20. form foreign banks from orders bearing your ID. You are allowed to load up to as many sites
  21. (Internet, AOL, Intranets... etc.) as you wish. NRL Software Co. will not provide disks.

  23. Terms of termination :
  24. Below is a list of things that are a violation of NRL Software policy
  25. and will lead to immediate termination. 
  26.   1. No direct orders are allowed by any commission members.
  27.   2. Editing the software in any way. (*You may add 1 text file to the zip file though.)
  28.   3. Negative data of any form about NRL Software Co. or false facts.
  29.   4. No coupons are allowed.
  30. * This file may be used to explain your purpose if you are doing fund raising. It may
  31. not override any existing text files.
